If you call us directly at (801) 995-2437, we may note details from that conversation to follow up accurately. The only reason we collect your contact details is to respond to your inquiry, schedule an on-site estimate, or coordinate the documentation your insurance carrier requires. If your claim involves an adjuster or a third-party administrator, we will share only the information necessary to process that claim — and only with your explicit authorization. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.

Outside of insurance coordination you’ve authorized, we do not share your information with outside parties. We may use a small number of service tools (email, scheduling software) to manage appointments; those tools are bound by their own data-protection policies and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing. If we are ever required to disclose information by law or valid legal process, we will comply with that requirement and, where legally permitted, notify you.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain job records — including contact details, scope-of-work documentation, and insurance correspondence — for a minimum of five years. This is consistent with standard contractor recordkeeping practices in Utah and supports warranty claims or insurance audits that may arise after a project closes. If you’d like your information removed and there is no active legal or insurance obligation requiring us to keep it, contact us and we will honor that request.

Your Rights as a Visitor

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale of that data (we don’t sell it, but the right exists).
